How It Works

1. Initial Consultation

We will have an initial consultation to discuss your business, its requirements and how we can help you. The initial consultation usually takes place face-to-face in Celbridge, Co. Kildare or in Dublin City centre. If you prefer, we can have a phone call instead of the physical meeting. If your business requires more than the estimated time on which the promotional rate is based, we will inform you accordingly.

2. Legal Matters

If you decide to engage us as your bookkeepers after the initial consultation, we request standard information from you to register you as our client, for example, details of the business/company and verification documents.  We will send you a letter which sets out the terms of our engagement with you for your signature.

3. Client Set-Up

You will be set you up on a file sharing system for the virtual route. We will sign up for cloud subscription if applicable

4. Source Documents

We will provide you with a checklist that sets out the documents and information that we require from you for each month. We will agree a date each month where you will provide us with the items on the checklist. The source documents, for example, sales invoices and receipts can be provided to us by dropping them off at our office, scan and email/upload to online storage providers e.g. Dropbox, Google Drive or other depository that you are subscribed to.

5. Bookkeeping

We will update the books for your business based on the documents and information that you have provided us within an agreed number of days. During this time, we may contact you for further information or clarification on the documents that you have provided us with.

6. Reports

We will send you the monthly reports including balance sheet, profit & loss account, debtors and creditors ledger.

7. Monthly Meeting or Calls

We will talk you through the books for the month. This service is currently provided free of charge to our clients. It can done via a face-to-face meeting in Celbridge, Co. Kildare or over the phone.
